Money Order/Cashiers Check, Personal Check, Credit Cards & eChecks accepted through PayPal. Contact must be made within 3 days; payment must be received within 7 days, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Shipping & Handling
Most items by weight - all domestic items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. International varies by item & destination (e-mail for quote). Buyer pays shipping and insurance (if chosen). We are happy to combine shipping for both domestic & international customers! Domestic buyers receive FREE shipping on orders over $150! Please e-mail for details.
Sales Tax
5% for items shipped to VA addresses.
Customer Service & Return Policy
All shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of gross misrepresentation. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unused and in exactly the condition in which they were sent. All returned parcels must carry Delivery Confirmation. Store credit or exchange also available upon request. Please feel free to contact us with any questions - we're always happy to help!
